Softball Hitting &     Fielding Class

The elite hitting and fielding class offered will utilize technologies to create a high-level training program meticulously crafted to elevate hitting and fielding skills for softball players of all levels. This clinic offers an immersive learning experience by integrating technology with foundational drills, intensive instruction, and a proven core hitting philosophy adopted by collegiate and professional athletes.

Key Highlights:

1. Foundational Drills: Participate in carefully designed drills targeting essential skills such as stance, grip, balance and swing mechanics, as well as body and glove positioning to be most efficient while engaged in the skills.

2. Intensive Instruction: Receive personalized coaching from experienced instructors who will analyze your swing, identify areas of improvement and work with you to redefine your mechanics. 

​

3. Pitch Recognition: Develop the ability to recognize pitches early, make informed decisions at the plate and adjust your swing accordingly. 

​

4. Live Batting Practice: Apply your newly acquired skills in live batting practice against pitching machines, coaches and fellow athletes.  

​

5. Mental Approach: Learn mental strategies, focus techniques and routines used by elite athletes to be lose and perform under pressure. 

​

6. Situational Hitting: Master the art of situational hitting, including hitting with runners in scoring position, executing sacrifice bunts and driving in key runs. 

​

7. Cognitive Instruction: Develop mental acuity for reading ball trajectories, anticipating plays, positioning teammates and adjusting positioning based on the batter's abilities (bat path, timing, speed, etc

8. Video Analysis: Utilize video analysis sessions to gain an understanding of your swing mechanics and track your progress over the course of the 6 classes.
